I think the best advice is to use the American Destroyer line as a rule of thumb for cost and experience. (Hard hitting guns, Slow reloading Guns, 6km torps, Slow Reloading Torps, Great concealment, average speed 30-36knts, and average hit points. Well since I think the Germans will be a mix between the Americans and Russians as in specialty. No splits of shiplines this year (CA/CL or BB/BC).Wargaming is working on removing fail divisions with the next patch or two.German destroyers confirmed as last line to be released (hopefully) this year.No new high tier premium IJN ships scheduled for 2016.No ETA for ranked battles season 5 as of now, but they want some competitive mode back up and running (Team Battles maybe?).Royal Navy cruisers are still on track to be released this year.Armorviewer is scheduled for release in “next patch or two”, unless something unforseen happens.Quemapueblos hints that there might be another ARP ship coming soon-ish.These perks should enable more interesting gameplay and not be a one size fits all gameplay option.
